It came very quickly, I was kept in contact from when I placed the order until it was delivered. Very easy to install and it is quiet keeps it very cool in the Idaho “desert” heat! Very pleased.

This was a replacement for a 20 year old 4 Ton unit that failed. It arrived earlier than promised with all the parts and no damage. The instructions were easy to follow, I installed it myself with no help and it runs like a dream. I set the unit at 4 Tons and used a power monitor to compare it with an old 2 Ton unit that cools the other half of the house - it draws the same power so the 20 SEER rating is truly justified. We are in Florida and I installed the unit at the beginning of January during a cold spell and can confirm that the heating mode works perfectly. I will certainly replace my old 2 Ton unit with one of these when it eventually fails.

I purchased this system and installed it by myself, except for some help pulling the lineset into the attic and offloading the equipment. The pre-charged lineset made it SO EASY! I installed each one in one day, and am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the Performance and Efficiency! WOW! What a nice reduction on my Power Bill. I live in Florida and the crazy weather changes have meant heat in the morning and cooling in the afternoon. These units do it effortlessly, quietly and efficiently. BUY THESE! You won't be Sorry you did!

Pretty quiet and compact unit, managed to DIY install 4 ton myself including ductwork and new electrical. Quick connect lineset made this possible (no vacuum or soldering needed!) Seems to be pretty efficient so far (northern california climate).

Mr Cool is definitely on to a winning product, it's highly efficient and well designed.

I installed the MrCool Universal 4 Ton on May 4th 2023. and now it is mid June. It has been working great over all. On these 90 deg + days it has performed excellent.

The item was shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule. Everything has been installed and working perfectly, I’m very pleased with this system.

I purchased a mini split from mr cool before. Very easy to install and worked perfectly. Now purchased the mr cool universal 2-3 ton split system heat pump. It also was a breeze to install.

I have no prior hvac installation knowledge and this was the largest DIY project I’ve done to date but it got done with only a few minor hiccups that were more so from not following the manual. The unit is working great so far, I only lightly tested the A/C mode since I installed in fall but I’ve had the heat running with outside temps in the low 30s and it keeps my poorly insulated 1920s home at a constant 70 with about 4 hours of run time per day.
