It came very quickly, I was kept in contact from when I placed the order until it was delivered. Very easy to install and it is quiet keeps it very cool in the Idaho “desert” heat! Very pleased.
This was a replacement for a 20 year old 4 Ton unit that failed. It arrived earlier than promised with all the parts and no damage. The instructions were easy to follow, I installed it myself with no help and it runs like a dream. I set the unit at 4 Tons and used a power monitor to compare it with an old 2 Ton unit that cools the other half of the house - it draws the same power so the 20 SEER rating is truly justified. We are in Florida and I installed the unit at the beginning of January during a cold spell and can confirm that the heating mode works perfectly. I will certainly replace my old 2 Ton unit with one of these when it eventually fails.
