Not sure how to feel with this transaction. When my wood stove arrive, it was damaged. The back metal shield was bent with multiple scratches on the top. It didn’t not show up in the crate it was suppose to be in. At some point it fell over during shipping, and was placed on a different pallet. When I reached out too see what could be done, I was told I would be shipped some new parts with a can of touch-up paint for the scratches. I’m still currently waiting for the parts and pieces to arrive. After installing the stove, 2 bricks have already broken along with the metal shield vibrating every time you walk past the stove. So now I guess Im stuck with the cost of someone replacing the damaged parts along with repainting my brand new stove.
