ORDER CONFIRMATION

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This message will confirm your order has been received by our system, and your credit card was approved for purchase.

As soon as your order is received on our end, we process the order by confirming it is in stock and ready for shipment. If the items you purchased happen to be on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail with the choice of waiting or cancelling for a 100% refund.

Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order.

SHIPMENT

Different products have their specific shipping times, so please consult the product page for the appropriate delivery time.

Certain items due to high demand and low supply can only be placed on back order at specific times. Please contact customer service to hear about any items availability.

For any rush shipping orders feel free to reach out to our team for rates and options. When available, we will send you a tracking number for your order. If you do not receive a tracking number to your provided email address within 4 days of your order, send us a message at sales@modernhomessupply.com and we will follow up with you.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online.  If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within one month of your purchase date please let us know and we credit back the difference.  We want you to feel confident that you are getting the absolute best price for the product you are ordering.  If you find that our own website has a lower price for the same item you have ordered within three months of your purchase date will refund the difference as well.
