This item is artisan crafted with meticulous care out of reclaimed old pine wood that was salvaged from old houses in rural towns. Given its handmade and hand-finished nature, variations in the wood or metal work are to be expected and celebrated. Each item is unique and no two are exactly alike. By their nature, salvaged wood planks may be somewhat uneven, and may cup or bow slightly over time, further enhancing their rustic one-of-a-kind character; cracks will be present. Each imperfection, nick or nail mark on our Salvaged Wood Collection reveal part of its history and provenance.
